Keep you body in the game

On-board bodywork for a week of wind, water, and kitesurfing on the Red Sea.

A full week on the water is an incredible opportunity to ride more, progress faster, and push your limits.

It can also add up quickly.

I’ll be aboard throughout the trip providing individualized bodywork to help you recover between sessions, address the aches and restrictions that come with long days of riding, and keep your body ready for the next session.

Recover Between Sessions

Help reduce the accumulated tension and stiffness that can build over consecutive days of riding.

Stay Ready to Ride

The goal isn't to turn your vacation into a rehab program.

It's to help your body keep pace with the adventure.

Address Problems Early

That shoulder, hip, forearm, or low back that starts talking to you on day two doesn't necessarily need to become the defining feature of day five.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

How long is a session?

Sessions are approximately [INSERT SESSION LENGTH].

How much does it cost?

[INSERT PRICE]

Do I need to be injured?

Not at all. Many sessions will simply focus on recovery, soreness, mobility, and keeping you feeling good through consecutive riding days.

Should I book before or after riding?

Either can work. The focus of the session will change depending on what you're doing next and how your body feels.

Can I book more than one session during the week?

Absolutely, subject to availability. For guests riding heavily throughout the week, multiple shorter touchpoints may sometimes make more sense than waiting until something becomes significantly irritated.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing works well. Depending on what we're working on, athletic shorts or other clothing that allows easy movement is ideal.
